Hudson Kitchen is a new company serving culinary entrepreneurs and the food industry. One of its goals is to teach food companies the business skills that they need to succeed. It also wants to help grow the food industry community so that business owners can share sources that lower their costs, such as bulk ordering from growers
"Table Talk" is Hudson's first event series. The tagline needed to succinctly express the company's mission and to differentiate it from culinary events designed to attract foodies.
